Scott is an award-winning* User Centered Design (UCD) specialist and consultant creating usable interfaces for over 10 years. He has worked on projects with some of the largest corporations in the world including GM and Ford Motors as well as other well-known companies such as Princeton Review, Vonage, Northwestern Mutual and CNA Insurance in Chicago. Formerly Director of User Experience with Trustwave Holdings, a credit card security and compliance company, Scott’s work has been seen and used by literally millions of end users around the world and in a multitude of industries including corporate, security, finance, entertainment, telecommunication, software development, BtoB, and e-commerce. Scott currently resides is Chicago, IL and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University, Chicago, IL.

*Data Security Award, March 2011 - The European Card Acquiring Forum (ECAF) honored Trustwave’s TrustKeeper® portal application with their Data Security Award for building a “revolutionary web portal that supports merchants’ compliance efforts…with ease and efficiency [and] by making tasks achievable by non-technical users.” The ECAF is the biggest and most important industry event in Europe. The ECAF Awards wants to acknowledge the important role of the acquiring business, by highlighting the most relevant achievements in various subareas of this business.
